Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Skweeto ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose
• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or third-party tools
• Interfere with the Game servers or other users

User Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for your account and all activities under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded except as required by law or store policies. Prices may change. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google.

Virtual Currency & Items

Virtual currency ("Coins") and items ("Weapons", "Upgrades") are licensed, not sold. We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items for game balance. Virtual items cannot be traded. Loss of items due to account deletion or technical issues does not entitle you to compensation.

Leaderboard

By signing in, you consent to your display name and scores being visible to other players. You agree not to submit offensive names, manipulate scores, or use automated tools. We may remove entries and ban violators.

Advertising

The Game may display ads through third-party networks (Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not control or endorse it. An ad-free option may be available via in-app purchase.

Camera & Sensor Features

The Game offers optional camera-based gameplay and an AR Hunt Mode that uses device motion sensors. These features require your explicit permission. Camera feed is processed locally and never recorded or transmitted. Sensor data (accelerometer/gyroscope) is used for gameplay only and never stored or shared. You can disable these features in the Game's Settings.

Intellectual Property

All Game content — graphics, sprites, animations, sounds, music, text, code, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any Game content outside of the Game without written permission.

Age Restrictions

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Game, you represent that you are at least 13. If under the age of majority, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or accuracy of leaderboard data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Game, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the Game by uninstalling it. Liability, indemnification, and IP sections survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in force.
